Return and Exchange Policy

  • Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.
  • If you would like to request an exchange, kindly contact us via WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, meaning they are unworn, unused, and clean, with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and the shoe box intact. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet these requirements.
  • Sale, promotional, discounted, and clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the incorrect item was sent.
  • Eligible returns will be issued as Store Credit only. We do not provide cash refunds. Store Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • For all return or exchange requests, customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We appreciate your kind understanding that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All exchange requests are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is available, we will be happy to arrange an exchange for the same item. If the size is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value, or receive Store Credit equivalent to your purchase amount for future use.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Return & Exchange Policy.

退货及换货政策

· 本店恕不提供现金退款。

· 如需申请换货，请于收到商品后的 3 天内通过 WhatsApp 与我们联系。逾期提出的申请将不予受理。

· 所有申请退换的商品必须保持未经穿着、未使用、干净，并保留原吊牌、原包装、配件及完整无损的鞋盒。若商品不符合上述条件，本店有权拒绝退换申请。

· 特价商品、促销商品、折扣商品及清仓商品恕不接受退货或换货（商品本身存在制造瑕疵或本店发货错误者除外）。

· 符合退款条件的商品仅可获发 Store Credit（店铺购物金），不提供现金退款。Store Credit 不可兑换现金，亦不可转让。

· 申请退货或换货，顾客须自行承担所有退回商品的运费。本店不承担任何来回运费。

· 所有退回商品将于收到后进行检查。如发现商品已有穿着痕迹、污渍、损坏、异味，或缺少原包装、吊牌、配件或鞋盒，本店有权拒绝退货或换货申请，并将商品退回顾客。

· 所有换货申请均须视库存情况而定。如所需尺码仍有库存，本店将安排更换同款商品；如所需尺码已售罄，顾客可选择更换其他同等价值的商品，或获发等值 Store Credit（店铺购物金） 供下次消费使用。

· 下单即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本店所有退货及换货政策。
